Grays Harbor Region: Surface Transportation Program (STP) Policies and Procedures

A revision of the Grays Harbor Region's STP Policies and Procedures was approved on 12/14/17 under Resolution 621 to meet federal eligibility requirements as outlined in the 2012 Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP‐21) and WSDOT’s fiscal constraint provisions. These policies and procedures direct the distribution of regional STP funds, establish guidelines for redistribution of funds, and most importantly ensures that the Grays Harbor Region reduces the potential for regional funds being sanctioned by the State.
