2026 Transportation Access Survey

Your voice matters in shaping the future of transportation planning in our region! It only takes a few minutes — but your voice will help make a lasting impact on regional transportation planning and future improvements.

In partnership with the CWCOG, we’ve launched a Transportation Priorities and Issues Survey to gather community perspectives on how people travel, what challenges they face, and what improvements you’d like to see — whether it’s roads, transit, biking, walking, or other modes of transportation.

Your feedback helps our regional planners understand local needs and priorities, informing future transportation projects, investments, and policies that better serve residents, businesses, and visitors alike. Strong community participation ensures that decision-makers hear from the people who live, work, and travel here every day.

Survey deadline is April 3rd.

Upon request, surveys are available on paper or in other languages. Questions may be directed to CWCOG by regular mail at PO Box 128, Kelso, WA 98626; via email to cwcog@cwcog.org.

If you would like a physical version of this survey, please select the correlating PDF to the County you would like to fill out a survey for. Completed surveys can be mailed to our mailbox at CWCOG, PO Box 128, Kelso, WA 98626 or dropped off at our office.

Transportation Priorities & Issues Survey

YOU CAN HELP!

We need your help to understand transportation needs and to prioritize future funding for transportation projects or programs.

The Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Council of Governments (CWCOG) has published a Transportation Priorities & Issues Survey to better understand transportation needs and help prioritize future funding. The Grays Harbor Council of Governments participates as an active planning partner and as such ensures local needs are identified.

Results from the survey will be used in developing the updated Metropolitan and Regional Transportation Plan for the Longview-Kelso-Rainier Metropolitan Planning Area and the five counties (Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, Wahkiakum) of the Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Planning Organization.

We encourage you to take a few minutes and complete the survey. Sharing your experiences can lead to positive change for our communities! The survey is available here:

Questions or requests for the survey in paper form may be directed to Robert Stevens at CWCOG by regular mail at PO Box 128, Kelso, WA 98626, via email to rstevens@cwcog.org, or by FAX at (360) 214-3425.
